.DISCUSSION...A band of showers and thunderstorms lifts into SE MI
between 5 PM and 10 PM this evening, followed by scattered and
elevated convection overnight through Monday morning. Drier
conditions arrive mid-day Monday as a cold front slides across the
region, but broad troughing aloft maintains unsettled conditions
through mid-week. Southwest winds today become northwest by Monday
following the cold front, with wind speeds around 15 mph and gusts
up to 30 mph in the Thumb.
