.DISCUSSION...Temperatures around normal are expected today. A
deeper marine layer is in place over the North Coast region and
higher humidities are expected today. Northwest winds will
continue to flow over much of the area. Otherwise, temperatures
will warm back up above normal Monday as a broad and flat ridge
builds and a northerly wind regime strengthens. Tuesday is showing
a slight decrease in overall temperatures with windier ridgetops
in the interior areas as a trough begins to enter the regions.
