...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM WEDNESDAY TO 8 PM PDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with temperatures 95 to 103
  degrees expected resulting in major heat risk. Temperatures will
  remain elevated overnight with low temperatures as high as 70.

* WHERE...Lake County. The highest heat risk will be in the eastern
  portion of the county along the Sacramento Valley.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Wednesday to 8 PM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Never leave pets
or children unattended in hot cars.
