.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Dry air continues to filter into north and central GA today which
will allow RHs to drop into the 30s and 20s. Min RHs may approach
the mid 20s in some areas this afternoon. 10 hr fuels have
quickly dried from previous rainfall on Monday, but don`t think we
will approach FDS criteria. 20 ft winds will be from the NW at
7-12 mph with some higher values possible around terrain. Skies
should be mostly clear outside of some cumulus in the afternoon
and passing high cirrus. Ample sunshine will allow mixing heights
to build to 6-7+ kft. Transport winds will be NW at 12-18 mph.
Combined these will make for decent to good vent rates, with ADI
values rising above 100 in most places.
