...The National Weather Service in Fort Worth TX has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Cowleech Fork Sabine River At Greenville affecting Hunt County.

  South Fork Sabine River Near Quinlan affecting Rockwall and Hunt
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO EARLY SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
  At 18.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding will occur. Some farm
  and cattle industries will be flooded. Some rural roads will be
  underwater. Water will be over the road and the FM 1565 bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 16.6 feet tomorrow
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
    morning.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cowleech Fork Sabine River at Greenville.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding will occur.
  A few rural roads closures will be needed along the river reach.
  Moderate flooding will occur along the river through Greenville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 7.8 feet this afternoon. It
    will then rise above flood stage late tonight to 16.9 feet
    tomorrow morning. It will fall below flood stage early
    Saturday morning to 8.2 feet Saturday evening. It will then
    rise to 8.4 feet early Sunday morning. It will fall again and
    remain below flood stage.
