...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 7 PM CDT this evening for portions
of east central and northeast Wisconsin, including the following
areas, in east central Wisconsin, Calumet and Manitowoc. In
northeast Wisconsin, Brown and Outagamie.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
