Nearshore and open waters of Lake Michigan from Two Rivers to
Sheboygan...

At 127 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
small hail. The thunderstorms extended from near Manitowoc to
Cleveland, moving southeast at 15 knots.

The strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Manitowoc through 140 PM CDT
  Cleveland from 125 PM to 140 PM CDT.
  Open waters from Manitowoc to Cleveland after 140 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, small hail and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe
harbor immediately until this storm passes.
