.DISCUSSION...
Gusty winds will continue in the Mojave Desert slopes of
eastern Kern County each afternoon and evening until Monday.
After a brief cooldown until Monday, temperatures will
increase considerably by Wednesday, resulting in our first
heat event of the season. Much of the San Joaquin Valley has a
40-60% chance of seeing 105 degrees or more as a high
temperature on Wednesday and Thursday. Minimum relative
humidities will drop into the teens for this period.
