.NOW...
Through noon, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will wax
and wane as they move west northwest at 5 to 10 knots through the
southeast Gulf waters, inner Florida Straits, and nearshore waters of
the island chain. Mariner`s encountering the stronger portions of
this activity can expect bouts of heavy rainfall reducing
visibilities to less than 3 miles, wind gusts up to 20 to 25 knots,
and occasional lightning strikes.
