.DISCUSSION...

Patchy fog will be possible through mid morning, then become
partly sunny. Winds will be light out of the northwest today
around 5 to 10 mph sustained and gust up to 15 mph. Wetting
rainfall chances increase in the afternoon, with showers and
thunderstorms possible, generally after 3pm. Severe storms are not
expected, however lightning will be possible with any
thunderstorm. Any lingering precipitation should exit the area
after 8pm.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (65-75 percent) then becoming
                    partly sunny (45-55 percent). Areas of fog
                    early in the morning, then patchy fog late in
                    the morning. Slight chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon. Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
LAL.................1 until 1600, then 3 until 1700, then 4.
Max temperature.....Around 73.
Min humidity........44 percent.
Eye level winds.....North winds up to 6 mph.

                    winds expected near thunderstorms late in the
