NORTHWESTERN LOUP...BROWN...NORTHERN BLAINE...NORTHEASTERN THOMAS AND
KEYA PAHA COUNTIES THROUGH 100 AM CDT...

At 1219 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of
Springview to 17 miles east of Elsmere to 15 miles southwest of
Dunning. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ainsworth, Bassett, Springview, Long Pine, Newport, Johnstown,
Purdum, Rose, Norden, Elsmere, Wood Lake, Hofeld Lake, Fox Bayou,
Raven, Bobcat State Wildlife Management Area, Hawley Flats, Twin
Lakes State Wildlife Management Area, Willow Lake State Wildlife
Management Area, Thomas Creek State Wildlife Management Area, and
Duff.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 148 and 224.
 Highway 20 between mile markers 208 and 274.
 Highway 12 between mile markers 10 and 63.
