* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Evadale.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding. Water enters
  buildings adjacent to gauge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM CDT Saturday was 18.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Tuesday afternoon and continue falling to 16.7 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding near the river will
  occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 4.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Saturday was 4.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    after midnight tonight and continue falling to 3.5 feet
    Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Water over lowest portions of Goos Ferry
  Road. Cars should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:35 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 2.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:35 PM CDT Saturday was 3.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate around flood stage with a
    maximum value of 2.8 feet after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, When the river is falling and the gauge
  reading is forecast to be near 12 feet, flooding of forested areas
  near the river will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Saturday was 12.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 9.3 feet
    Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into
  the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four
  Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of
  Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be
  expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Saturday was 7.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 4.3 feet Thursday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Deweyville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around
  Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying
  roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert
  Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff
  Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park.
  Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 25.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Saturday was 25.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is forecast to remain in a very slow
    fall while remaining above flood stage into Tuesday.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
