...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Maryland, including the following
  county, Howard.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Water continues to rise along the Patapsco River due to
  earlier rainfall. Flooding of low-lying and flood-prone locations
  near the river is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 922 PM EDT, Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
    Larger creeks will continue to rise due to runoff from the
    earlier rainfall.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Elkridge...                        Historic Ellicott City...
