southwest Texas and western Texas.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Near-critical fire weather conditions are possible Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, and Friday, mainly across the higher terrain west of the
Pecos.

Hazardous heat is possible, mainly along the Rio Grande.

There is a low risk of severe thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon and
evening, mainly along and east of the Pecos.
