Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern North Carolina
National Weather Service Newport/Morehead City NC
358 PM EDT Fri May 31 2024

.DISCUSSION...
Quiet period across eastern NC as high pressure builds over the
region from the northwest. Clear and cool night is expected, giving
way to a slightly warmer but equally dry Saturday. RHs will fall below
30% for many areas but with very light winds in place, the probability
of dangerous fire weather is very low.
