At 705 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from Mary Esther to 10 nm east of Oriskany Reef, moving east at 25 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola Beach, Shalimar, Destin, Okaloosa Pier, Navarre Beach, West Choctawhatchee Bay, East Santa Rosa Sound, and West Santa Rosa Sound.
