At 1127 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Passage Island Light to 6 nm south of Manitou Island, moving northeast at 35 knots. Locations impacted include...
