Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front moving
E across the inner waters will dissipate near the coastline early
tonight. Weak high pressure will build across the waters tonight.
Another cold front will move into the area later tonight and Sun.
Yet another stronger cold front will sweep E over the area later
Sun and Sun night. High pressure will briefly move over the
region Mon. A warm front will move E over the waters later Mon
and be followed by a strong cold front that crosses the waters
Mon night into Tue while becoming weaker. Strengthening high
pressure will build over the waters Tue night through Wed, then
drifts N and NE of the area Wed night and Thu. A high pressure
ridge will remain along and W of the area Thu and Thu night. A
coastal trough will develop along Oregon later Wed and Wed night
and persist into Thu night.
