* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 13 ft at 11
  seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35
  kt. For the Gale Warning, seas 11 to 15 ft at 11 seconds and
  south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape
  Foulweather OR out 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening.
  Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts 30 to 40 kt expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening.
  Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS....Strong ebb current of 5.95 kt at 238 AM
  Monday with seas 8 to 9 ft. Ebb current of 3.5 kt at 300 PM
  Monday with seas 9 to 10 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.49 kt
  at 328 AM Tuesday with seas 12 to 14 ft.
