The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Kimble County in west central Texas...
  Southeastern Sutton County in west central Texas...

* Until 1130 PM CDT.

* At 825 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3.25 inches of rain have
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Roosevelt, Telegraph, I-10 Near The Sutton-kKmble County Line and
  Us-377 Near The Kimble-Edwards County Line.

This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 412 and 445.

This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, US HWY 377 crossing 2 miles
North of Telegraph, and CR 150 crossing South Llano River

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
