.DISCUSSION...
A mixture of hazy skies and an increase in moisture is forecast
for today. Relative humidities will range in the 60%, particularly
along the southern sections. Shower and thunderstorm activity is
expected to develop over the west quadrant of Puerto Rico this
afternoon. The KBDI remains well below critical fire weather
values. Breezy conditions will prevail once again along the
south coast under the influence of the sea breeze and a departing
tropical wave. Therefore, the fire danger remains low today.
