...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS...

  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 515 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstormS, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located well northwest of Puerto Rico, and north of the northern
coast of Puerto Rico.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
