  promote heat indices that can affect individuals sensitive to heat.

* WHERE...In Puerto Rico, Mayaguez and vicinity, North Central,
  Northwest, and San Juan and vicinity. In Virgin Islands, St Croix.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 4 PM AST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
