.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

A moderate risk of rip currents is expected along area beaches
today. Surf heights will generally run 1 to 2 feet this afternoon.
Similar conditions are anticipated through the rest of the work
week. Easterly to southeasterly winds increase this weekend and may
increase the threat for rip currents at area beaches as soon as
Saturday.
