...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN GRANT...SOUTHEASTERN GARLAND AND HOT SPRING COUNTIES...

Parts of the warned area received in excess of three inches of rain
in a short amount of time earlier this evening. Flash flooding was
reported in and around the city of Malvern with this rain. While the
precipitation has ended, run off problems are likely continuing at
this time.
