...VERY COLD AIR ENTRENCHED ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING...

.Dangerously cold air has infiltrated the region and temperatures
have remained below freezing for the majority of the day in most
locations. Overnight lows tonight and Wednesday night will be in
the teens areawide. Some locations across the Highway 82 corridor
may see overnight lows tonight in the single digits. Daytime
highs on Wednesday will fail to rise above freezing across much
of the area and those locations that do will not remain above
freezing for a long period of time. This long duration of very
low temperatures will once again put stress on life and property
in the region.

...HARD FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST
THURSDAY...

* TEMPERATURE...Temperatures will remain below freezing through
  Thursday morning in most locations. Overnight lows will be in
  the teens both tonight and Wednesday night. Some locations
  across the Highway 82 corridor may see overnight lows tonight
  in the single digits. Afternoon highs on Wednesday are
  expected to remain below freezing in most areas.

* IMPACTS...Prolonged exposure could lead to hypothermia and may
  harm pets and livestock. Exposed plumbing is in danger of
  being damaged.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Hard Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are
imminent or highly likely. These conditions will be dangerous to
people and pets without adequate shelter and could damage exposed
pipes.
