IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS
     EASTERN FRANKLIN

AT 530 PM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 14 MILES EAST OF
MOUNTAIN TOP...MOVING WEST AT 15 MPH. THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW WINDS
WERE OCCURRING WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE THUNDERSTORM. SOME LOCATIONS
THAT WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS STORM OR ITS OUTFLOW WINDS
INCLUDE...PARADISE...ALIX...TAFT...OZARK...MEG...DENNING...ALT
