At 824 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots and isolated lightning. This front was
located along a line extending from 44 nm south of Farewell Buoy to
20 nm south of Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, moving east at 45 knots.
