...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BRUNSWICK COUNTY
THROUGH 1015 AM EDT...

At 1000 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Long Beach, or near Ocean Crest Pier, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Oak Island, Holden Beach, Caswell Beach, Bald Head Island, Yaupon
Beach, Ocean Crest Pier, St. James, Southport, Long Beach,
Varnamtown, and Dosher Memorial Hospital.
