...Patchy fog through 9 AM this morning...

Patches of dense fog have developed over eastern portions of
central North Carolina this morning, causing visibilities to drop
to between less than one mile in many locations in the Coastal
Plain. This fog is expected to persist through mid morning.

Motorists across the area are advised to slow down and drive with
extra caution this morning, and be alert for sudden drops in
visibility. Be especially careful near school zones, and watch
for children near bus stops.
