.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure will cross with dry weather and warming
temperatures today and Thursday.  Northwesterly breezes will occur this afternoon
in the wake of a departing low-pressure system.  Relative humidity values fall to
around 15 percent with Good to Very Good ventilation rates.  Winds will be lighter
for Thursday before breezy to windy conditions return on Friday, with critical Fire
Weather conditions for central and NE New Mexico where a Fire Weather Watch is already
in effect.
