...The National Weather Service in Aberdeen SD has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in South Dakota...

  North Fork Whetstone River near Milbank affecting Grant County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

The next statement will be issued Wednesday evening.Wednesday
evening at 1100 PM CDT.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Tuesday was 1056.2 feet.
