AFTERNOON AND EVENING...MAINLY ACROSS NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND
WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. A FEW STORMS COULD BE ON THE STRONG SIDE
WITH HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS.
