STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TODAY WITH
SUSTAINED SPEEDS FROM 25 TO 30 MPH. GUSTS TO AROUND 40 MPH AT
TIMES. ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA INTO WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE DURING THE MID TO LATE
AFTERNOON HOURS. A FEW STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE WITH STRONG
WINDS BEING THE MAIN THREAT. ALTHOUGH...THE MAIN TARGET AREA FOR
SEVERE STORMS IS THE RED RIVER VALLEY INTO CENTRAL MN.
