HILLS REGION EARLY THIS MORNING. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE
ALONG INTERSTATE 29 FROM AROUND 5 MILES NORTH OF PEEVER TO JUST
NORTH OF SUMMIT. EXPECT AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...AS
WELL AS REDUCED VISIBILITY.
