AREA. HEAVY RAIN WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY STORMS ACROSS
EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA DURING THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN...AND A FEW REACHING SEVERE
