THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

FOCUS IS ON A STORM SYSTEM THAT WILL IMPACT THE REGION STARTING
TONIGHT. WITH SURFACE TEMPERATURES RIGHT AROUND
FREEZING...PORTIONS OF THE FORECAST AREA HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SEE
A LIGHT ACCUMULATION OF FREEZING RAIN. AS COLDER AIR IS PULLED
INTO THE SYSTEM...RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW MONDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

SNOW WILL SHIFT FROM CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA DURING THE DAY TO
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA MONDAY NIGHT. WINDS
OF 25 TO 35MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING TUESDAY AS WELL.
TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES.
