MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

AN ARCTIC BLAST WILL HIT THE AREA SUNDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILLS WILL
FALL INTO THE 20 BELOW ZERO RANGE BY MONDAY MORNING. THE ARCTIC
AIR WILL STICK AROUND THE AREA UNTIL WEDNESDAY...WHEN A WARMING
TREND WILL DEVELOP. HIGH TEMPS MONDAY AND TUESDAY WILL ONLY BE IN
THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO...WITH LOW TEMPS 10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO.
