MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTING FROM 35 TO 50 MPH ACROSS
THE REGION TODAY. LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW ACROSS NORTHERN
SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA WITH REDUCED VISIBILITY
BELOW ONE-HALF MILE AT TIMES. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS FROM ONE-HALF
INCH TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED.

WIND CHILLS WILL BE BELOW ZERO TODAY.
