Minnesota, north central South Dakota, and northeast South
Dakota.

Expect very cold chills ranging from around 25 below to 40 below
zero, with the lowest readings during the daylight hours Monday
morning. See the latest winter weather message, or forecast for
further details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Wind chill values will remain very cold to dangerously cold, and
only slightly improve to around 20 below zero to near 35 below
zero Monday afternoon. Wind chill values will return to around 30
below to near 40 below zero Monday night into early Tuesday
