THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WIND CHILL READINGS WILL RANGE FROM 15 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO AT
TIMES EARLY THIS MORNING.

STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION TODAY AND
PRODUCE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW CONDITIONS. VERY LOW VISIBILITY
IS ANTICIPATED LATER TODAY ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. TRAVEL IS
EXPECTED TO BECOME HAZARDOUS AT TIMES. FURTHER EAST...WINDS WILL
NOT BE QUITE AS STRONG BUT AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED
VISIBILITY STILL EXPECTED. CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN TO IMPROVE
OVERNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL BE IN THE TEENS BELOW AND 20S BELOW ZERO AT
TIMES MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT.
