RANGELAND FIRE DANGER STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ABERDEEN SD
457 AM CDT SUN APR 13 2014

.DISCUSSION...
GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY
ACROSS THE REGION AS CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE SLOWLY BUILDS INTO THE
AREA. EVEN THOUGH TEMPERATURES ARE COOLER THAN YESTERDAY...THE
STRONG WINDS COUPLED WITH A VERY LOW PERCENT GREEN WILL STILL PUSH
THE FIRE DANGER INDEX INTO THE MODERATE TO HIGH CATEGORY FOR MUCH
OF THE AREA.
