EASTERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA TODAY AS MIN RH VALUES
DROP INTO THE 40S AND 50S. WINDS WILL SWITCH TO THE NORTHEAST AND
INCREASE ON SATURDAY AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE CENTRAL
PLAINS. RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS SOUTHERN SOUTH DAKOTA ON
SATURDAY.
