.DISCUSSION...
SOUTH TO SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED
TODAY. THESE WINDS...ALONG WITH ABNORMALLY WARM TEMPERATURES WILL
PRODUCE AFTERNOON HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE 20 PERCENT RANGE FOR
LOCATIONS ALONG AND WEST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER. SOUTHERLY WINDS OF
15 TO 25 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED ON THURSDAY...ALONG WITH AFTERNOON
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE 20 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE. THE
LOWEST HUMIDITY VALUES WILL OCCUR ALONG AND WEST OF THE MISSOURI
RIVER VALLEY.

ON THE GROUND...INDICATE THAT THERE IS A MODERATE TO HIGH
POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE
RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
