ALSO...TEMPS WILL BE COOLER ALONG WITH CLOUDY SKIES...SO AFTERNOON
RH VALUES WILL BE HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS DAYS. WINDS WILL DIMINISH
OVERNIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES IN. ON SATURDAY...WINDS ARE
FORECAST TO BE LIGHT ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE FORECAST AREA.
ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL BECOME BREEZY
