ELEVATED FIRE DANGER AGAIN TODAY. MIN RH VALUES WILL FALL INTO
THE 20S AND 30S THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL ALSO REMAIN BREEZY
TODAY. EAST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH THIS MORNING WILL SHIFT
NORTHWESTERLY BY LATE AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS AROUND 30 MPH POSSIBLE.
PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD ACROSS SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF SOUTH DAKOTA
TONIGHT...GENERALLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 90. SUNDAY WILL
MUCH COLDER BEHIND A POTENT COLD FRONT...WITH HIGHS ONLY IN THE
40S. THUS...RH VALUES WILL TREND HIGHER ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL REMAIN
BRISK.

BURNING CONDITIONS EXIST. FIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY AND
SHOW ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
