HOT TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 90S AND 100S WILL BE FELT ACROSS THE
AREA TODAY. MIN RH VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER TEENS AND 20S
ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON WITH HIGHS OVER 100
DEGREES. ALTHOUGH...WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN FAIRLY LIGHT FOR THE MOST
PART. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT AND
SWITCH WINDS TO THE NORTHEAST FOR THURSDAY...BUT HOT TEMPERATURES
WILL REMAIN IN PLACE. MIN RH VALUES ON THURSDAY WILL RANGE FROM THE
20S OVER CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE 40S ACROSS NORTHEAST SOUTH
DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA.

RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
