A FRONTAL BOUNDARY SLOWLY WORKING SOUTH AND EAST ACROSS THE REGION
WILL SWITCH WINDS TO THE NORTHEAST TODAY...BUT HOT TEMPERATURES WILL
REMAIN IN PLACE ACROSS A MUCH OF CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA
OVER INTO WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES
WILL RANGE FROM THE 20S OVER CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE 40S ACROSS
NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. FRIDAY SHOULD
FEATURE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE 25 TO 35 PERCENT
RANGE.
