LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE OVERHEAD TONIGHT AND DEEPEN OVER
MINNESOTA. WITH SURFACE TEMPERATURES RIGHT AROUND
FREEZING...PORTIONS OF THE FORECAST AREA HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SEE
A LIGHT MIX OF RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN TONIGHT. AS COLDER AIR IS
PULLED INTO THE SYSTEM...RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW MONDAY
MORNING. SNOW WILL SHIFT FROM CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA DURING THE DAY
TO NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA MONDAY NIGHT.
TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 2 AND 5 INCHES.
