CONSIDERABLY BETWEEN TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY MORNING AS
STRONG NORTH WINDS PICK UP BEHIND A CLIPPER SYSTEM. PRIOR TO THE
ONSET OF STRONG WINDS...LIGHT TO PERHAPS OCCASIONALLY MODERATE
SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA AND
WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
SNOW IS POSSIBLE WEST OF THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY...WITH 2 TO 4
