Strong west to northwest wind gusts between 30-45 mph will be possible
this morning through the early afternoon. Highest probabilities for
the strongest gusts are across our northern tier of counties along the
ND border. Winds will diminish south to north across the listening area
later on this afternoon. Highs will be much cooler today ranging
from the upper 60s to the lower 70s and overnight lows in the mid to
upper 40s to the lower 50s.

Another system will bring the return of shower and thunderstorm chances,
ranging from 30 to 55 percent, across the area Sunday. There is a
low risk for some of these storms to become strong to severe Sunday
afternoon and evening. Main threats include up to quarter size hail
and wind gusts around 60mph. Temperatures will be warmer with highs
back into the 70s to the lower 80s, warmest west of the Missouri
River.
